Job Overview
Masis Staffing is hiring reliable, hardworking Warehouse Associates for a fast-paced distribution facility in Carlisle, PA! We are seeking entry-level candidates for Splitter and Move Release positions. These roles involve sorting merchandise, processing shipments, scanning products, and moving boxes throughout the warehouse.
No extensive warehouse experience is required. Candidates with previous warehouse, sorting, or general labor experience are encouraged to apply. If you enjoy staying active, working as part of a team, and having opportunities for overtime, this may be the right opportunity for you!
Sort and divide large shipments of hanging or boxed merchandise into individual orders.
Use Pick-to-Voice technology, headsets, and Gladiator equipment throughout the shift.
Operate RF scanners to scan cartons, verify products, and create tickets as needed.
Move and stack boxes from staging lanes to designated marking lines.
Lift, push, and move merchandise throughout the warehouse.
Perform line audits to verify product accuracy and quality.
Follow warehouse procedures and maintain accurate product handling.
Walk, stand, and remain physically active throughout the shift.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.
Previous warehouse, sorting, or general labor experience preferred, but not required.
Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to push and move large quantities of boxes and merchandise.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to read, understand, and follow basic instructions, checklists, and work documents.
Willingness to learn and use warehouse technology, including scanners and headset equipment.
Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures and conditions.
Reliable attendance, a positive attitude, and strong teamwork skills.
Availability to work an assigned shift and overtime as needed.
1st Shift
Splitter: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Move Release: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay: $17.00/hour
2nd Shift
Splitter: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Move Release: 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM
Pay: $18.50/hour
3rd Shift
Splitter: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Move Release: 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM
Pay: $20.00/hour
Schedule: Sunday through Thursday. Full-time positions are available, with potential overtime based on business needs.
