Warehouse Cycle Counter

Location: Goodyear, AZ

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour

Job Type: Temporary, Open-Ended Contract

We are seeking detail-oriented Warehouse Cycle Counters to support inventory accuracy at our Goodyear, AZ facility. This role is responsible for performing inventory counts throughout the warehouse, verifying inventory levels, researching discrepancies, and maintaining accurate inventory records. This is a great opportunity for candidates with warehouse, manufacturing, or inventory control experience who enjoy working independently and staying organized.

Responsibilities

Perform cycle counts throughout the warehouse to verify inventory accuracy.
Compare physical inventory counts against system records and identify discrepancies.
Investigate inventory variances and report findings.
Enter count results and inventory updates into computer systems.
Utilize Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel, for inventory tracking and reporting.
Navigate warehouse storage areas and interact with warehouse personnel as needed.
Operate a man lift to complete inventory counts at elevated heights when required.
Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Requirements

Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, industrial, or inventory control environment preferred.
Basic computer skills and data entry experience required.
Experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Ability to stand and walk throughout the warehouse for the majority of the shift.
Ability to lift and move materials up to 40 pounds.
Comfortable working around warehouse equipment and inventory storage areas.
Ability to work at elevated heights using a man lift if needed.
Must be reliable and have strong attendance.
