Solar Panel Assembly Worker – Start ASAP
Location: Mesa, AZ (Ellsworth Rd & Crismon Rd)
Pay: $18–$20/hour DOE + Shift Differential
Schedule: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Train on Day Shift)
Shift Requirements: Must be available to work two weekends per month and 12-hour shifts

Masis Staffing Solutions is hiring Assembly Workers and Production Associates for a growing solar manufacturing facility in Mesa, AZ. We are looking for reliable, hardworking candidates ready to start immediately in a fast paced production environment.

Responsibilities
• Operate and monitor production equipment used in solar panel assembly
• Load raw materials and components into production lines
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and safety standards are met
• Follow all safety procedures and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Record production information accurately
• Work with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications
• Previous manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred
• Solar manufacturing experience is a plus
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Flexible and willing to work overtime as needed
• Must pass a background check
