Starting Pay: $20-22, DOE

What We Need

2+ years of warehouse experience, preferably in construction or a related industry, preferred.
2+ years of experience supervising and leading team members, with the ability to coach, develop, and motivate employees, preferred.
Proven ability to lead by example, build a strong team culture, and maintain high productivity standards.
Hands-on experience with loading and unloading materials.
Strong attention to detail.
Experience with quality control, ensuring materials are received and shipped according to established standards.
Experience with inventory management.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Must be able to communicate in English and/or Spanish.
