Pay Rate: $24.00
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Lead with strong forklift operating experience to oversee daily warehouse operations while actively supporting the team on the floor. This role requires a hands-on leader who can supervise staff, ensure productivity, maintain safety standards, and operate material handling equipment as needed.
• Lead and supervise daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment
• Provide direction, training, and support to warehouse associates
• Operate forklifts (sit-down, stand-up, reach truck, cherry picker, etc.) as needed
• Ensure accurate loading, unloading, staging, and inventory control
• Monitor workflow and labor allocation to meet productivity goals
• Enforce company safety policies and OSHA standards
• Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and process improvements
• Communicate effectively with management regarding production, staffing, and operational issues
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
• 2+ years of warehouse experience required
• 1+ year of leadership or team lead experience preferred
• Recent forklift operating experience (certification preferred)
• Experience with RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Strong understanding of shipping, receiving, and inventory processes
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Reliable, dependable, and safety-focused
• Experience in high-volume distribution environments
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Proven ability to motivate teams and improve workflow efficiency
