Job Title: Warehouse Loader

Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Loader to join our team. The Warehouse Loader is responsible for loading and unloading products, organizing shipments, preparing orders for delivery, and maintaining a safe and efficient warehouse environment. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload trucks accurately and efficiently.
• Move materials throughout the warehouse using pallet jacks, hand trucks, or other equipment as assigned.
• Prepare, stage, and verify orders for shipment.
• Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies.
• Stack, organize, and secure materials to prevent damage during transport.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse guidelines.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
• Work collaboratively with warehouse staff and supervisors to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse, loading, unloading, or general labor experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50–75 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, push, and pull for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attendance and reliability.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Forklift experience is a plus but not required.
