Loaner Set Associate – $17.00/HR + $1.00 SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL

Location: Mississippi
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 12:30 PM–9:00 PM
Pay: $17.00/hour + $1.00/hour shift differential
Full-Time: 40 hours/week

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Loaner Set Associate to process, inspect, clean, replenish, and prepare medical instrument loaner kits for distribution. This position works within the distribution and non-sterile packaging areas and requires excellent attention to detail and the ability to identify defects during visual inspections.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect, clean, and process medical instruments and loaner kits.
  • Receive, inspect, and replenish loaner kits according to established procedures.
  • Perform functional checks and visual inspections of medical devices and instruments.
  • Assist with kit loading and preparation for distribution.
  • Take and upload pictures within the ERP system as required.
  • Perform cycle counts and physical inventory counts.
  • Inspect products for expiration dates and identify expired materials.
  • Perform basic instrument maintenance, including the use of pin gauges; some duties may require micrometers or calipers.
  • Accurately enter and update information in the ERP system.
  • Follow GMP, company procedures, and detailed written work instructions.
  • Maintain accuracy and productivity in a high-volume distribution environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Previous experience is not required; relevant warehouse, distribution, medical device, or manufacturing experience is a plus.
  • Basic computer and keyboarding skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and ERP systems preferred.
  • Ability to read and write English.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Customer-service oriented and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • 20/20 vision or corrected 20/20 vision required.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, twist, bend, and perform repetitive movements throughout the workday on a concrete floor.
  • Ability to read fine print on documents and computer screens.

Pay & Schedule:
 $17.00/hour + $1.00/hour shift differential
 12:30 PM–9:00 PM
 Full-Time | 40 Hours/Week
