Position Title: Warehouse Manager Department: Operations / Logistics Reports To: VP of Integrated and Strategic Operations
Job Summary
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, staff supervision, shipping and receiving, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. This role ensures efficient processes, accurate inventory control, and timely distribution of goods.
Key Responsibilities
· Oversee and manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping
· Maintain accurate inventory levels through regular audits and inventory control systems
· Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff to ensure productivity and efficiency
· Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve workflow
· Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company regulations
· Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and transportation teams to ensure timely deliveries
· Monitor and optimize warehouse layout and space utilization
· Track and report key performance metrics (KPIs), such as order accuracy and turnaround times
· Manage warehouse budgets, expenses, and cost-control initiatives
· Resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions
Qualifications
· Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role
· Strong leadership and team management skills
· Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software
· Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
· Familiarity with safety standards and OSHA regulations
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
