Shifts
6a-6p $21.50/hour -Sunday Monday Tuesday – every other Wednesday
6p – 6a $22.50/hour – Sunday Monday Tuesday – every other Wednesday
6a-6p $21.50/hour – Thursday Friday Saturday – every other Wednesday
6p-6a $22.50/hour – Thursday Friday Saturday – every other Wednesday

 

Position Title: Cherry Picker Operator / Order Picker

Position Summary
The Cherry Picker Operator is responsible for safely operating powered industrial equipment to retrieve, move, and stock inventory within a warehouse or fulfillment center. This role supports shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, and inventory control while maintaining productivity, accuracy, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate a cherry picker/order picker forklift to access products stored at various heights.
  • Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently using RF scanners or warehouse management systems.
  • Load, unload, move, and store materials throughout the warehouse.
  • Perform inventory counts and assist with cycle counting activities.
  • Verify product quantities and locations before completing transactions.
  • Follow all warehouse safety procedures and equipment operating guidelines.
  • Inspect equipment before use and report maintenance concerns.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Meet daily productivity and quality goals.

Qualifications

  • Previous cherry picker, order picker, or forklift experience preferred.
  • Ability to obtain or maintain forklift certification.
  • Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Comfortable working at heights while operating a cherry picker.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
