Masis Staffing Solutions is seeking dependable and motivated General Warehouse Workers – Packaging for opportunities in the Cleveland, Ohio area.
In this position, you will support daily warehouse and production operations by packaging products, preparing orders, labeling materials, maintaining an organized work area, and assisting with other general warehouse duties. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, can stay on their feet throughout the shift, and takes pride in completing work accurately and safely.
Package, pack, and prepare finished products for shipment or distribution.
Inspect products and packaging for damage, defects, or quality concerns.
Label, seal, wrap, and organize products according to instructions.
Count and verify products to ensure order accuracy.
Assemble boxes, containers, displays, or other packaging materials as needed.
Sort and organize products and materials within the warehouse.
Load, unload, move, and stage materials when required.
Assist with picking, packing, and order preparation.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Follow all company and client safety procedures.
Meet daily production, quality, and productivity expectations.
Report damaged products, equipment issues, or safety concerns to a supervisor.
Work cooperatively with supervisors, leads, and other warehouse team members.
Perform additional general warehouse or production duties as assigned.
Previous warehouse, packaging, production, or manufacturing experience is preferred but not always required.
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail.
Dependable attendance and punctuality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production expectations.
Willingness to learn different warehouse and packaging functions.
Must follow all workplace safety rules and procedures.
Employees may be required to:
Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
Frequently bend, reach, twist, push, pull, and perform repetitive movements.
Regularly lift and carry products, boxes, or materials.
Lift up to 50 pounds, depending on the assignment.
Work in warehouse or production environments where temperatures and noise levels may vary.
Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when required.
The position is performed in a warehouse, distribution, packaging, or production environment. Employees may work around machinery, equipment, pallets, boxes, and moving materials. Safety procedures must be followed at all times.
