We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Warehouse Purchasing Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing purchase orders, tracking shipments, and ensuring smooth communication between suppliers and our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and manage invoices in QuickBooks accurately for received purchase orders.
• Monitor and document issues related to received purchase orders within QuickBooks, escalating concerns as needed.
• Follow up on purchase orders to ensure timely delivery and resolve any discrepancies.
• Communicate proactively with customers by email to notify them when their orders are in and ready for pickup or shipment.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Maintain organized records of all purchasing activities and correspondence.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in QuickBooks is required.
• Strong customer service skills and a focus on client satisfaction.
• Bilingual candidates are a plus.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and systems.
• Focused, organized,, and detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills.
