Our client is seeking dedicated Warehouse Workers to join their team, where your attention to detail and commitment to safety will be highly valued. Join us in maintaining the highest standards of food safety and quality.
Responsibilities of the Warehouse Worker
Follow the company's Food Safety Plan diligently.
Ensure all inbound materials are received at the correct temperature and in good condition, prioritizing food safety.
Accurately label and segregate inbound products containing allergens by type.
Maintain the receiving area in inspection-ready condition at all times.
Document inbound products accurately and submit paperwork promptly.
Safely and properly use equipment, ensuring it is suitable for safe use.
Perform any other duties as required by the Warehouse Manager.
Ensure all outbound carrier trucks are set to the proper temperature before loading.
Maintain the shipping area in inspection-ready condition at all times.
Properly shrink wrap, label, and ensure the good condition of all outbound pallets.
Fill out all shipping paperwork accurately and completely.
Ensure all products are stored correctly and rotated using FIFO (First In, First Out).
Keep the warehouse area inspection-ready at all times.
Ensure all product shipments' Bill of Lading lists all lot codes for the order.
Requirements of the Warehouse Worker
Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety standards.
Ability to accurately document and manage paperwork.
Proficiency in safely operating warehouse equipment.
Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Flexibility to perform various tasks as required by the Warehouse Manager.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
