Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Pipe fitter / welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fitting and welding boiler piping systems in various settings.

Responsibilities

Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of piping systems.
Use Stick welding technique to join, fabricate, and repair pipes and other metal components of boiler systems.
Cut, thread, and install pipe to specifications using a variety of hand tools such as saws, cutting torches, pipe threader, and benders.
Conduct regular inspections of piping systems to identify leaks or malfunctions.
Provide support for mechanical millwrighting, pump changeouts, opening boilers, and pipe fitting.
Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure project completion on time and within specifications.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while performing all tasks.

Requirements

3+ Years of Experience with Pipe Fitting / Welding
Able to pass a 2″ stick coupon welding test (6010/7018)
Experience working with Boiler Systems (Preferred not required)
Familiarity with ASME Codes
Valid Drivers License
Excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues with piping systems.
Attention to detail to ensure high-quality workmanship in all installations.
