We are currently seeking an experienced Furniture Repair Technician with hands-on experience in furniture repair, wood repair, furniture assembly, touch-ups, painting, and quality inspections.
This position is ideal for someone who has worked in a furniture warehouse, distribution center, furniture store, repair shop, or similar environment, performing repairs and preparing furniture for customer delivery.
Inspect furniture and upholstery for damage, defects, and quality concerns.
Perform wood repairs, touch-ups, painting, and cosmetic repairs.
Assemble, deluxe, repair, and prepare furniture for delivery.
Repair scratches, chips, dents, and other minor furniture damage.
Inspect completed furniture to ensure quality standards are met.
Stage repaired and completed furniture for delivery.
Safely use hand tools and equipment required for furniture assembly and repair.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Assist with additional furniture preparation and warehouse duties as needed.
Minimum 2 years of furniture repair, furniture assembly, woodworking, or similar experience.
Hands-on experience with wood repair, furniture touch-ups, painting, assembly, and/or refinishing.
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more regularly.
Comfortable standing, bending, lifting, and moving furniture throughout the shift.
Dependable attendance and reliability.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must successfully complete required background screening.
Starting at $17.00/hour or more, depending on experience.
