Job Title: Woodshop Temporary Worker 2nd shift
Location: Romeoville, IL
Hours: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Pay Rate: $26.50 per hour

Job Description:
Masis Staffing is currently hiring a Wood Shop Carpenter . The ideal candidate will have previous carpentry experience and be comfortable working with various power tools, including saws.

Responsibilities:

Perform general carpentry and wood shop duties
Operate power tools, including saws, safely and efficiently
Measure, cut, assemble, and prepare wood materials
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

Requirements:

Previous carpentry experience required
Experience using power tools and saws
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to follow safety procedures
Knowledge of warehouse safety standards and material handling procedures
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and operate equipment for extended periods
Comfortable working long shifts, overtime, and possible Saturdays
Must be 18 years or older
Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
Must be willing to submit to a drug screen
Must be willing to submit to a background screen
