By visiting our Site or accessing or using our Site Features, you confirm that you have read, understood, and consented to our practices in collection, storage, and use and disclosure of your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy.

We collect information by receiving resumes and related employment information from individuals who desire our assistance in finding employment opportunities as well as from companies and/or individuals seeking assistance his, her, or its temporary and/or permanent staffing needs. Thus, any information you submit to us may be distributed to a wide range of potential employers or others who may assist you in finding employment or individuals to meet your staffing needs. Therefore, by submitting information to us, you agree that all information you submit may be shared with third parties at our discretion.

  1. Collection and Use of Personal Information

Please note, the Company does not knowingly collect, use, or distribute any personal information from children (individuals under the age of 18). The Company’s services are not directed at children, but rather to adults 18 years of age or older.

Certain information such as your name, e-mail address, and/or other identifying information (collectively, “Personal Information”) is required for us to contact you or to inquire about potential employment opportunities or staffing services. As to individuals seeking employment opportunities, the information you provide is sent directly to a customer relations management software system or “CRM” managed by Bullhorn, Inc. and utilized by the Company to contact you, as well as work to match potential employees with companies and/or individuals with temporary or permanent staffing needs. Should you have any questions or require more information concerning the storage of your Personal Information, please refer to Bullhorn, Inc.’s privacy policy (https://www.bullhorn.com/). As to companies and/or individuals seeking assistance with temporary and/or permanent staffing needs, your information is emailed directly to Company personnel who will reach out to assist you. You, in your sole discretion, choose to provide us with information. Please read this Job Applicant Privacy Notice (the “Privacy Notice”) to learn how we collect and process your personal information when you apply for a job or other role with us.
