I began my relationship with Masis Staffing Solutions with a request to provide data entry folks. They responded immediately, set up a brief call to gather pertinent details and subsequently arranged for several people to begin work within one week of my request. Due to my prior experience with other staffing solution firms and recruiters, I entered our agreement expecting satisfactory performance at best from our new temporary associates. As it turned out, I was very pleasantly surprised by multiple reports from my leadership team that our Masis associates were functioning at a level that could only be described as excellent. We’ve converted multiple temps to permanent as a result. I was so impressed with one of the candidates that we made a direct hire on the spot! Masis Staffing Solutions has become my recruiting benchmark. They do exactly what they say they’re going to do when they say they’re going to do it.
