Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support warehouse operations by processing orders, coordinating shipments, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and carriers. The ideal Customer Service Representative will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a background in logistics or customer service. If you are a problem solver who enjoys working in a dynamic setting, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative

Will process orders and receipts, including locating, creating, importing, and adjusting charges
Manage cycle counts by tracking, adjusting, canceling, or relocating inventory
Distribute orders and assign inventory locations to ensure warehouse accuracy
Will import items and perform batch item updates
Conduct report analysis to maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity
Communicate daily with carriers and customers to resolve any order or shipment issues
Will collaborate with co-workers to optimize warehouse operations and improve efficiency

Requirements of the Customer Service Representative:

Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Customer service-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Logistics background preferred; knowledge of 3PL is a plus
Ability to work well in a team setting and problem-solve independently

Customer Service Representative's Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive pay starting at $21.00/hr, with potential for increases based on performance
