Bilingual HR Generalist

Responsibilities
1. Recruiting, onboarding, and new hire coordination.
2. Employee relations and communications.
3. Attendance and timekeeping tracking.
4. HR documentation and record management.
5. Grievance and meeting coordination.
6. Bilingual communication with employees and supervisors, sometimes serving as interpreter.
7. Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
8. Familiarity with HR compliance practices (FMLA, ADA, OSHA).
9. Strong interpersonal and documentation skills.
10. Experience with HRIS systems and data accuracy (Paycom preferred)
Requirements
• Previous experience in a payroll/personnel or related function
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work well with all types of people, including applicants, employees, and plant management
• Knowledgeable computer skills – preferably with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to operate office equipment – calculator, copier, fax, phone system, etc.
• Must be able to pay attention to detail and be accurate and efficient in recordkeeping
• Previous work experience in Personnel and/or Human Resources
Compensation: $24 – $26/hr
