Retail Order Fulfillment Associate

What You’ll Do:

Accurately pick and pack customer orders in a timely manner
Ensure orders meet quality standards and shipping deadlines
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets

Required Skills:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Basic math and computer skills
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Nice to Have Skills:

Previous experience in retail, warehousing, or order fulfillment
Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS)
Ability to operate handheld scanners and basic warehouse equipment

Preferred Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a logistics or retail environment is a plus, but not mandatory

Other Requirements:

Must be able to work flexible shifts, including weekends if needed
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
