$25.00 to $ 27.00 per hour all up to experience at time of the interview
Requires 40 hours of work per week, Monday through Friday. Hours are 8:00AM-4:30AM with a 30-minute lunch.
Administration Sales Support Duties:
Reviewing specific order and quote requests from the sales territory to be relayed to the appropriate department.
Assist in researching potential customers for contacts for our sales account manager to pursue.
Sending out generic emails to customers, such as thank you emails, tracking information, order confirmations, and quote follow-ups.
Understanding the specific needs of the customers in the territory you are covering.
Sending out emails to customers showcasing capabilities as well as biweekly sales and other brochures.
Help coordinating customer visits and travel plans for the Sales Account Manager.
Collaborating with our internal departments, in addition to the sales team.
Reviewing daily sales reports for the tracking and logging of standard orders, back orders, and quotes using Excel and/or SharePoint.
Reviewing weekly and monthly reports from the Sales Account Manager.
