Overview
We are seeking an experienced and service-driven Front Office Manager to lead daily front-of-house operations for our boutique hotel and on-site restaurant in Beacon, NY. • Monitor daily cash handling, reporting, and front office financial controls
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and performance management of front office staff
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and hospitality regulations
• Support special events, peak weekends, and seasonal business needs

Qualifications
• 3+ years of front office or guest services management experience in a hotel or boutique hospitality setting
• Experience working in a boutique hotel, inn, or hospitality-driven restaurant environment strongly preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
• Proficiency with hotel property management systems and reservation platforms
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and peak travel periods
