Masis Staffing is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator for a client in Langhorne, PA. This is a contract to hire opportunity.
In office, 5 days/week $19-$23/HR-based on qualifying experience
Position Summary:
The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for performing duties such as scheduling files for signings while ensuring all applicable state, federal, and regulatory requirements are met. In this position you will effectively manage a pipeline to ensure all transactions are processed according to service level agreements.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
Act as a liaison between the title company, lender and the borrower.
Deliver high quality accurate results while adhering to strict deadlines.
Schedule settlement closings for all departments as well as document signings for deeds and post-closing.
Work with outside vendors to obtain settlement agents, resolve issues and confirm outcome of signings.
Maintain database of vendor allocations.
Maintain database of settlement agents and signing vendors.
Confirm signings and report outcome to clients as well as maintain and distribute daily and monthly DNC reporting.
Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
Maintain and distribute weekly vendor billing for accounting.
Assist with on-call coverage as needed.
Assist with alternate shifts/weekend coverage when needed.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Required:
High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred
1+ years of title/mortgage or financial company preferred.
1+ years of mortgage signing coordination experience preferred.
