Job Summary:
Our client is seeking an experienced and reliable Shipping Supervisor to oversee daily shipping operations. This role is responsible for coordinating shipments, supervising warehouse staff, ensuring accurate order processing, and maintaining efficient workflow in the shipping department.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support daily shipping and warehouse operations
Coordinate order preparation, staging, and shipment schedules
Ensure accuracy of shipments and proper documentation
Maintain a safe and organized work environment
Train and guide warehouse associates as needed
Communicate effectively with team members and management
Assist with loading, equipment operation, and warehouse tasks when required
Requirements:
Bilingual required: English and Spanish
Experience operating Stand-Up Forklift and Pallet Ryder required
Previous shipping or warehouse supervisory experience preferred
Ability to work extended hours and overtime
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
