Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Accounting & Office Administration Specialist to take full responsibility for core financial processes while supporting daily office operations. This role is responsible for Accounts Payable and Receivable, banking deposits and reconciliations, expense reimbursements, general ledger data entry, and compiling financial data for the organization’s profit and loss statements.
In this position, you will support preparation for board meetings and financial audits, while also playing a key role in office management and overall administrative operations. This is a full-time, salaried position.

Required Software Experience:
HR/Payroll HRIS systems (ADP or Paylocity)
Accounting software (QuickBooks preferred)
Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, and intermediate to advanced Excel
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to thrive in a friendly, fast-paced office environment
Salary: $60k-$80K
