We are seeking a highly capable Legal Operations Manager (Contingent to Hire) to support the effectiveness, execution, and strategic impact of a dynamic corporate Legal Department. This role works closely with Legal leadership, attorneys, and cross functional partners to improve how legal services are delivered across the business.
This opportunity is ideal for a strong project manager, operational problem-solver, or senior paralegal who enjoys building structure, streamlining processes, implementing tools, and serving as a trusted partner to legal and business stakeholders. Prior experience as a paralegal or legal professional with deep operational exposure is strongly encouraged.
