Masis Staffing Solutions is assisting our client in searching for a Bilingual Human Resources Generalist in Chelsea, MA.

This role works closely with HR leadership and supports a wide range of functions including onboarding, employee relations, HRIS administration, training, and special projects. You’ll also play a key role in employee engagement and company events.

Position Type: Temp-to-Perm

Location: Chelsea, MA

Pay: $31–$35/hour based on experience

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Must be available for occasional 2nd and 3rd shift events

Bilingual (English/Spanish) required

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting onboarding, offboarding, and performance management
  • Advising managers on employee relations and HR policies
  • Assisting with investigations and conflict resolution
  • Managing HRIS updates and reporting (UKG experience a plus)
  • Coordinating employee events and training initiatives
  • Translating communications (English/Spanish) and supporting engagement efforts

Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years of relevant HR experience or equivalent combination of education and training.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities, with fact-based analysis and solution development.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technology, policies, and processes.
  • Maintains objectivity and confidentiality in all interactions.
  • Flexibility to work occasional second and third shifts for company events, employee meetings, or coverage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
