We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service & Purchasing Coordinator to support warehouse operations. This role is responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and managing purchasing activities to ensure smooth inventory flow and excellent customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a professional and timely manner
  • Process customer orders accurately and coordinate with warehouse staff for fulfillment
  • Track orders, shipments, and delivery status
  • Handle returns, exchanges, and customer complaints
  • Create and manage purchase orders for inventory and supplies
  • Communicate with vendors to obtain pricing, availability, and delivery timelines
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking needs
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, orders, and customer interactions
  • Collaborate with warehouse and management teams to ensure efficient operations
  • Assist with reporting and administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service, purchasing, or warehouse operations preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills (email, Excel, order systems)
  • Problem-solving and customer service mindset
  • Bilingual preferred (if applicable)
  • 8:00 am to 5:30 pm M-F 

Pay: $18–$20/hour
