We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service & Purchasing Coordinator to support warehouse operations. This role is responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and managing purchasing activities to ensure smooth inventory flow and excellent customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a professional and timely manner
Process customer orders accurately and coordinate with warehouse staff for fulfillment
Track orders, shipments, and delivery status
Handle returns, exchanges, and customer complaints
Create and manage purchase orders for inventory and supplies
Communicate with vendors to obtain pricing, availability, and delivery timelines
Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking needs
Maintain accurate records of purchases, orders, and customer interactions
Collaborate with warehouse and management teams to ensure efficient operations
Assist with reporting and administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
Previous experience in customer service, purchasing, or warehouse operations preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills (email, Excel, order systems)
