Masis Staffing Solutions is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator for our client in Langhorne, PA (19047). This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with a growing team.
Location: On-site in Langhorne, PA Schedule: Monday–Friday (in office, 5 days/week) Pay:$19.50/hr (based on qualifying experience) Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire | 40 hours/week
Position Summary
The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for scheduling files for signings while ensuring all applicable state, federal, and regulatory requirements are met. You will manage a pipeline to ensure transactions are processed according to service level agreements (SLAs).
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
Act as a liaison between the title company, lender, and borrower
Deliver high-quality, accurate results while meeting strict deadlines
Schedule settlement closings across departments, including document signings for deeds and post-closing
Coordinate with outside vendors to obtain settlement agents, resolve issues, and confirm signing outcomes
Maintain databases for vendor allocations, settlement agents, and signing vendors
Confirm signings; report outcomes to clients; maintain/distribute daily and monthly DNC reporting
Maintain and distribute weekly vendor billing for accounting
Work independently and complete assignments within given instructions and standard practices
Assist with on-call coverage as needed
Assist with alternate shifts/weekend coverage when required
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
1+ year in a title/mortgage or financial company (preferred)
1+ year of mortgage signing coordination experience (preferred)
