Masis Staffing Solutions is hiring a Facilities Assistant to support day-to-day facility and office services operations at a corporate office in North Bethesda, MD. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in facilities support, office services, workplace operations, and front desk coverage who enjoys being the “go-to” person for keeping a professional office running smoothly.
What You’ll Do (Facilities & Office Services)
Support daily facilities/office services operations for a corporate headquarters environment
Assist with office moves and furniture requests (ex: moving desks, chairs, tables)
Handle key requests, office/workstation signage, and general workspace setup needs
Support security badge issuance processes
Maintain conference room supplies and assist with room setup as needed
Provide reception desk and switchboard coverage, including covering lunch breaks and PTO/sick time
What We’re Looking For
Prior experience in facilities, office services, workplace operations, or building support (corporate/office setting strongly preferred)
Comfortable handling multiple priorities, requests, and walk-ups with professionalism
Strong organization, communication, and customer service skills
Reliable and willing to step in for front desk/phone coverage when needed
