Our client in the Boston area is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator for a 3–6 month contract assignment. This role will support the HR team with a variety of administrative and onboarding-related responsibilities. The position follows a hybrid schedule, requiring 2 days day a week in office.
Key Responsibilities
Manage weekly I-9 processing, including employee onboarding support and virtual or onsite document verification
Complete Section 2 verification and maintain digital I-9 records in compliance with federal regulations
Monitor upcoming reverification deadlines and ensure compliance requirements are met
Generate accurate and timely internal offer letters using established templates
Ensure offer details align with approved compensation, policies, and internal procedures
Coordinate distribution, tracking, and filing of signed offer letters
Assist with personnel file maintenance, employment verifications, employee data updates, and name changes
Provide general HR administrative support as needed
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
Experience
Prior internship or experience in Human Resources, or a related administrative role preferred
