Masis Staffing is hiring a Property Preservation Specialist to manage vendor and client relationships nationwide and help ensure properties are protected and preserved. This is an on-site role in Langhorne, PA with a fast-paced workflow and strong customer/vendor communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage vendor and client inquiries via phone/email in a professional, timely manner
• Review and audit submitted work orders for completion and accuracy
• Negotiate costs within provided guidelines
• Assess vendor performance for quality assurance
• Manage workflow timeliness and efficiency to meet deadlines and company goals
• Maintain an understanding of property foreclosures and preservation requirements
• Assist with sourcing vendors as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of property preservation and FHA conveyance experience preferred
• Customer service and/or outside sales experience preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel (filter/sort)
• Aspen experience preferred
• Bilingual a plus

$19.50/hr.
