Position Overview

Masis Staffing is seeking a highly experienced Technology Recruiter (Contract) to lead full-cycle recruiting for critical AI, Data, Digital, and Technology roles. This recruiter will partner closely with technology and business leaders to identify, attract, and hire top talent in highly competitive markets.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record recruiting and closing digital and AI talent from top-tier technology companies, leading AI research labs, and major global financial institutions with sophisticated tech organizations and brings a strong network of AI, machine learning, data, engineering, and digital talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer acceptance.
• Recruit for high-demand talent areas including:
  • Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Generative AI
  • Machine Learning
  • Data Science & Data Engineering
  • Digital Product Management
  • Software Engineering
  • Cloud & Platform Engineering
  • Cybersecurity
  • Technology Leadership
• Build and maintain pipelines of passive and active candidates.
• Advise hiring managers on market trends, talent availability, compensation, and competitive intelligence.
• Conduct candidate assessments and manage complex offer negotiations.
• Deliver a best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experience.

Required Experience

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with significant focus on AI, Data, Digital, and Technology hiring.
• Demonstrated success recruiting technical talent across multiple levels, including senior and leadership roles.
• Strong network within AI, engineering, data, and digital communities.
• Experience recruiting for large financial institutions, fintech organizations, or leading technology companies.
• Ability to influence hiring leaders and drive recruiting strategies in competitive talent markets.
• Experience using modern sourcing tools, market intelligence platforms, ATS systems, and AI-enabled recruiting technologies.
