Responsibilities of the Cook Assistant

Prepare assigned menu items to standard, including cold food, packaged field trips and ready-to-eat menu items.
Maintain operational standards and Health Department regulations.
Set-up food items prior to and during meals meeting established standards, manage the rotation of goods to ensure highest quality.
The Cook Assistant will be Assisting with the inventory of storage and supply areas.
Work effectively to reduce waste and loss of supply and goods.

Requirements of the Cook Assistant

1 + year of food preparation experience.
Ability to taste and work with any and all ingredients used.
Ability to mathematically reduce and expand measurements required by recipe.
Work flexible hours based upon operational needs including extended shift.

Compensation/Benefits for the Cook Assistant

Salary: $25.29
Schedule: Monday, Thursday,Thursday,Friday,saturday,Sunday 11-7:30pm
