Job Title: Temporary Bilingual Phone Interviewer (English/Spanish)
Location: Cave Creek, AZ (On-site)
Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (May 18-19)
Pay: $20/hour
We are currently seeking professional and engaging Bilingual Phone Interviewers (English/Spanish) for a temporary project in Cave Creek, AZ. This role will support a short term increase in demand and requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and comfort working in a phone based environment.
Job Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound and inbound phone interviews
• Complete employee exit surveys, new hire surveys, customer feedback surveys, and employee opinion surveys
• Accurately enter responses into an online survey platform
• Build rapport and maintain professionalism with interview participants
• Follow interview scripts while maintaining natural conversation flow
• Translate Spanish responses into accurate written English
• Meet daily productivity and quality expectations
• Utilize CRM systems and auto dialers effectively
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum 2 years of experience making outbound calls in a professional environment
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, both spoken and written
• Strong phone presence and communication skills
• Excellent listening, note taking, and data entry abilities
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and online platforms
• Detail oriented and dependable
