Customer Service Representative (HVAC & Manufacturing Experience)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative (CSR) with experience in both the HVAC and manufacturing industries. This role supports customers by handling service inquiries, processing orders, coordinating with production and service teams, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, knowledge of HVAC systems, and a background working in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries related to HVAC products, services, and manufacturing orders.
Process customer orders, prepare quotes, and ensure accurate entry into ERP/CRM systems.
Schedule and coordinate HVAC service calls and manufacturing production timelines.
Provide detailed information about HVAC products, warranties, maintenance plans, and custom manufacturing capabilities.
Serve as a liaison between customers, manufacturing staff, technicians, and sales teams.
Track production orders, shipments, and service requests to provide timely updates to customers.
Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally while maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
Support inside sales efforts by following up on leads, upselling service plans, and cross-promoting products.
Maintain accurate customer records, service histories, and manufacturing order documentation.

Qualifications:

Previous customer service or call center experience required.
Background in HVAC industry and/or manufacturing environment strongly preferred.
Knowledge of HVAC systems, terminology, and service processes a plus.
Experience using ERP, CRM, or dispatching software in a manufacturing or service setting.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High school diploma or equivalent (additional HVAC or manufacturing certifications a plus).

Schedule & Compensation:

Full-time position, Monday–Friday (with flexibility for peak season needs).
Competitive pay based on experience.
