Masis Staffing Solutions is hiring Customer Service Representatives to support our client customer-facing operation. In this role, you’ll provide in-person and phone support, help resolve service issues, and complete accurate documentation in a fast-paced environment.

$16/hr (40 hours per week)

What You’ll Do

  • Assist customers in person and by phone; provide program/service eligibility information
  • Respond to questions, process requests, and document customer interactions
  • Research issues, interpret policies/procedures, and resolve complaints using sound judgment
  • Ensure changes are completed accurately to resolve customer problems
  • Escalate unresolved concerns to the appropriate department
  • May handle payments/receipts, reconcile cash, and prepare deposits (as needed)

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and communication skills (phone + in-person)
  • Comfortable using computers to enter/update records and complete forms
  • Detail-oriented, professional, and able to handle sensitive information appropriately
  • Bilingual skills are a plus (English required)
