Part-time, hybrid Executive Assistant supporting the CEO in a fast-paced environment. This role will manage the CEO’s calendar, communications, travel, meetings, and competing priorities while handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Key responsibilities:
Manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling, travel, and communications
Coordinate board meetings, executive meetings, and presentations
Anticipate the CEO’s needs and help keep priorities organized
Handle confidential and sensitive information with a high level of discretion
Manage multiple priorities independently and solve problems proactively
Ideal candidate:
Prior experience supporting a senior executive, preferably a CEO
Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills
Strong attention to detail and sound judgment
Highly professional, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality
Advanced Microsoft Office and Google Workspace skills
Flexible and comfortable working in a fast-paced, part-time hybrid environment
