Our client in North Central MA is looking for an experienced Full-Time Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day accounting activities and support monthly financial reporting. This is an on-site, temp-to-hire opportunity.

Responsibilities

Record and reconcile daily financial transactions
Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
Process weekly payroll and employee expense tracking
Complete monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
Prepare monthly financial reports including Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet
Maintain organized, accurate records and support audits/reporting as needed

Qualifications

3+ years of bookkeeping experience (industry experience required)
Experience in trucking, logistics, or recycling (required)
Proficient with QuickBooks (or similar accounting software)
Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to meet deadlines
Education: High School/GED minimum
