Masis Staffing Solutions is assisting our client in searching for a Bilingual Human Resources Generalist in Chelsea, MA.
This role works closely with HR leadership and supports a wide range of functions including onboarding, employee relations, HRIS administration, training, and special projects. You’ll also play a key role in employee engagement and company events.
Position Type: Temp-to-Perm
Location: Chelsea, MA
Pay: $31–$35/hour based on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Must be available for occasional 2nd and 3rd shift events
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting onboarding, offboarding, and performance management
Advising managers on employee relations and HR policies
Assisting with investigations and conflict resolution
Managing HRIS updates and reporting (UKG experience a plus)
Coordinating employee events and training initiatives
Translating communications (English/Spanish) and supporting engagement efforts
Requirements:
Minimum of two years of relevant HR experience or equivalent combination of education and training.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proven problem-solving abilities, with fact-based analysis and solution development.
Ability to quickly learn new technology, policies, and processes.
Maintains objectivity and confidentiality in all interactions.
Flexibility to work occasional second and third shifts for company events, employee meetings, or coverage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
