Construction Software Implementation Consultant – Knowify & QuickBooks

Masis Staffing is looking for an experienced consultant to set up Knowify and integrate it with QuickBooks Online for our client in Haverhill, Mass. You’ll review current processes, build improved workflows, migrate the team away from spreadsheets/paper, and train employees so the new system is easy to use and maintain.
Contract Assignment

What you’ll do

Implement & configure Knowify (company setup, customers, jobs/projects, proposals, invoices, job costing, etc.)
Standardize templates and workflows (proposals/invoices, job setup, estimating, time tracking, billing, job costing)
Integrate Knowify with QuickBooks Online
- Map fields, ensure clean syncing, troubleshoot issues
Improve business processes
- Evaluate current Excel/Word/paper workflows and recommend better, repeatable procedures
Train employees + set permissions
- Train leadership, project managers, admin staff, and field teams based on role
Help with field time tracking & scheduling (best practices, approvals, connecting to payroll)
Review equipment/vehicle tracking options in Knowify
Consider the new Fire Alarm division
- Review how Inspect Point (billing) fits with QBO + Knowify and recommend a clean process

What we’re looking for

Proven experience implementing Knowify
Strong knowledge of QuickBooks Online and integrations
Able to document processes, train different user groups, and work hands-on with a team
