Masis Staffing Solutions is recruiting for an Operations Assistant to support a busy operations team with administrative coordination, mailbox/phone coverage, invoice support, and quality control support. This is an on-site, direct-hire opportunity for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities.
What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
Serve as the first point of contact for incoming phone calls; respond promptly and professionally
Monitor and manage shared/group mailboxes; route requests to the right team members
Support entry-level accounting tasks including data entry, basic recordkeeping, and reconciliation
Assist with internal appraisal review and quality control processes to ensure accuracy/consistency
Handle and distribute physical mail, including FedEx/UPS packages; track and document deliveries
Perform Appraisal Coordinator and QC Coordinator duties as needed
Review, code, and approve vendor invoices in a timely manner
Investigate and reconcile invoice discrepancies
Qualifications
Required
High school diploma
Strong organization skills and ability to complete tasks on time
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook
Advanced/strong Excel skills
Preferred
Prior customer service experience (outside sales experience is a plus)
Basic understanding of accounting principles and administrative processes
