About the Opportunity

Masis Staffing is partnering with an established food manufacturing facility in Goodyear, AZ to place Production Associates on their 3rd shift team. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering stability, overtime availability, and real potential for career growth. We are looking for dependable, safety-minded individuals who take pride in their work and are comfortable in a fast-paced production environment. Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Mix seasonings and prepare ingredients for production
Pack finished products according to specifications
Bake goods and monitor product quality throughout the process
Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet standards
Record inventory counts accurately
Maintain facility sanitation in accordance with company policies and FDA guidelines
Perform various production functions on a rotating basis throughout the shift
Follow all company policies and FDA guidelines at all times

Requirements

Prior food handling experience in a bakery or industrial kitchen preferred but not required
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform repetitive hand tasks while standing for extended periods
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English or Spanish
Effective communication skills in English or Spanish
Must obtain a Food Handler’s Card within the first week of employment
Must pass a background check and drug screen prior to placement

Compensation and Benefits

$19.00 per hour
