Responsibilities of the Receivable Accounts Clerk
Create, send, and track invoices for goods or services delivered
Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collection
Match payments received with invoices issued to maintain accurate records
Resolve billing disputes and clarify payment terms with clients
Generate aging reports and summaries of receivables for internal review
Monitor customer credit limits and assess creditworthiness
Process legitimate refunds and handle bad debt write-offs when necessary
Requirements of the Receivable Accounts Clerk
1-2 years of accounting experience
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in accounting software and spreadsheets
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Understanding of financial regulations and company policies
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to work in an office or administrative setting, with extended periods of sitting and computer work

Pay Rate $23+DOE
Schedule: Full-time, 8am-4:30pm
