Are you ready to join a dynamic team and play a pivotal role in supporting sales operations? Our client is seeking a dedicated Sales Administrator to join their experienced inside sales team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth processing of sales orders and related logistics.
Responsibilities of the Sales Administrator
Create and maintain sales orders in the Aptean Axis ERP system.
Perform tasks such as matching invoices with shipment paperwork and assigning new part numbers.
Maintain sales order documentation and generate various ERP sales reports.
Create and manage customer accounts in the Aptean Axis ERP System.
Archive closed sales orders and maintain all sales-related filing systems.
Direct incoming calls to the appropriate department or individual.
Assist with various sales-related projects.
Requirements of the Sales Administrator
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Experience in office administration is preferred.
High School diploma or GED required.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
