Sales Manager $120K 
Are you a driven Sales Manager with experience in electronic or technical components who enjoys building relationships, leading sales strategy, and growing market presence? We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and manage sales activities across the U.S. for a specialized electronics manufacturing organization. This Sales Manager role focuses on sales leadership, customer development, and strategic growth within high-technology markets.


Key Responsibilities – Sales Manager
As a Sales Manager, you will:

  1. Manage and lead U.S. sales activities and sales teams for specialty film capacitors.
  2. Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas by region and territory.
  3. Maintain sales volume, product mix, and pricing by monitoring market trends, competitors, and economic indicators.
  4. Direct sales efforts at existing and target accounts while coordinating closely with engineering and purchasing teams.
  5. Maintain and expand the customer base while building strong relationships with key accounts.
  6. Identify and pursue new customer opportunities to drive business growth.
  7. Participate in sales forecasting, quarterly target reviews, and provide industry insights to support R&D and marketing initiatives.

Requirements – Sales Manager
The ideal Sales Manager will have:

  1. U.S. citizenship (required).
  2. Minimum of two years of technical education or related studies.
  3. Knowledge of passive electronic components and related technologies.
  4. Ability to support high-end aerospace, alternative energy, and high-power electronic systems.
  5. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  6. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  7. Willingness to travel up to 25–30% as required.

Compensation & Benefits – Sales Manager

  • Full-time In -Office position.
  • Hrs. 8:15 am to 4:45pm,Monday to Friday
  • Competitive compensation based on experience 120k +
