Masis Staffing is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join our warehouse team. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely movement of materials throughout the warehouse while maintaining inventory accuracy and providing excellent internal customer service.

Job Details for Shipping & Receiving Clerk

• Salary: $21 an hour
• Location- Monroe
• Monday- Friday 2:30pm-11:00pm

Responsibilities

• Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Receive, inspect, and process materials accurately.
• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through proper stock rotation and inventory control.
• Process shipping and receiving transactions using computer systems.
• Assist with product waste disposal and warehouse organization.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment by following 5S housekeeping standards.
• Follow all standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Logistics, Account Services, and other departments.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and communicate ideas to management.
• Assist in other warehouse duties as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous Shipping & Receiving or warehouse experience required.
• Strong computer skills; experience with ERP systems required (SAP experience is a plus).
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Forklift experience is preferred.
• Ability to work overtime when needed to meet business demands.
