Provide technical support for mechanical and electrical products, responding to inquiries.
Troubleshoot technical issues by guiding customers through problem-solving steps to resolve their concerns quickly and efficiently.
Maintain a high first-call resolution rate (minimum 95%) by diagnosing issues accurately and offering effective solutions on the first contact.
Navigate multiple computer systems and screens while assisting customers to ensure efficient support and minimize wait times.
Document all customer interactions and technical issues accurately to assist with ongoing training and quality assurance.
Requirements for the Technical Support Specialist
At least 1 year of call center experience or similar customer-facing support role preferred.
Strong understanding of technical, mechanical, or electrical concepts.
Ability to learn new systems quickly and navigate multiple screens.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
High school diploma required; additional training in mechanical/electrical fields is a plus.
Schedule and Compensation
Pay Rate: $18 – $20 per hour, based on experience and skill set.
Training: Onsite for a minimum of 1 month, dependent on individual progress and initiative.
