Responsibilities for Warehouse Dispatcher/ Customer Service:
Process order/ receipts: locate, create, import, and adjust charges
Track, adjust, cancel, and relocate inventory
Distribute orders and assign inventory
Import items and batch team updates
Report Analysis
Contact Customers Daily
Communicate and coordinate with co-workers
Requirements for WarehouseDispatcher/ Customer Service:
Computer Skills are a must
Proficient in Excel and Word
Detail oriented
Logistics background is a must
Knowledge in 3PL is plus
Customer Service Oriented
Background and drug screen required
Reliable Transportation
Compensation/Benefits for Warehouse Dispatcher/ Customer Service:
$18.00 per hour or by experience
