Position/Title: CNC Machinist
Experience: 2–5+ years
Schedule: First Shift – 10-hour days, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday–Thursday (4-day work week); potential overtime on Fridays
Reports To: General Manager

Position Overview

Masis Staffing Solutions is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join a precision machining environment. This opportunity is open to both developing machinists (Machinist I) and highly experienced machinists (Machinist II).

This is a true job shop setting, producing everything from prototypes to full production runs across a variety of industries. The ideal candidate enjoys problem-solving, working with tight tolerances, and contributing to a team that takes on challenging and rewarding projects.

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of CNC machining experience (Machinist I) or 5+ years (Machinist II)
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Experience setting up CNC mills
Comfortable making adjustments and troubleshooting at the machine
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Bonus Skills (Not Required)

Experience with 5-axis milling
Program editing or proving out new jobs
Experience in a job shop environment
